Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota (or eligibility upon offer)
• Previous experience in school-based OT preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across multiple campus settings
• Ability to manage schedules and caseloads effectively in a changing environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services to students with diverse needs, promoting sensory, gross, and fine motor development
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Support IEP meetings by contributing evaluation findings and goal-setting
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state protocols
• Consult with teachers and staff to modify classroom activities and environments
• Travel between Richfield and Burnsville campuses as required
