Director of Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and implementing innovative marketing strategiesto drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies as needed
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
