They have experience keeping clients and stakeholders informed with clear, honest communication, and using project management tools and repeatable processes to keep work on track. This role requires someone who is comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment and adjusting plans when circumstances change. They should also be at ease working directly with clients, including mission-driven leaders, and building trust through consistent follow-through.You will:Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completionPlan and monitor projects including managing timelines, resources, and deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycleAttend and lead bi-weekly client meetings to monitor project progressKeep client portfolio boards on Monday.com up to dateUtilize the TRUE Grant AI program to create the client management report.Collaborate with TRUE Specialists and Strategists to ensure project smoothnessRefine the scope of work for each client portfolio boardCompensationThis role is a salaried, exempt position. The salary range for this role is $119,000-$140,000.RequirementsThis position is remote; however, candidates must reside and perform work in one of the following states: California, Texas, Arizona, Louisiana, South Carolina, Mississippi, South Dakota, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, or North Dakota.What You BringMinimum 4 years of program management, project development and client relations experience required. Relevant prior roles may include Project Manager.Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. Preferred fields of study include psychology, business, management or leadership.
