Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care Foster a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Adapt to varying schedules and classroom needs in a flexible childcare setting Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework or degree preferred Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying hours and days Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about child development Must pass a background check in accordance with state childcare regulations About Us: Phoenix Kids Club LLC is a trusted childcare provider serving the Jonesboro, GA community with a commitment to nurturing young minds in a safe and engaging environment.
