Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Retail & E-Commerce to support business growth through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze retail and e-commerce datasets. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales, inventory, and customer performance. Identify trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities through data analysis. Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and business teams. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or a related industry. Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience analyzing sales, customer, or operational data. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer analytics. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Experience working with large datasets and SQL databases. Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus. About Aaratech Inc.
