This is a range 1, day shift position (Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm) and will close 8/3/2026. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour.

US Synthetichas an immediate need for aChef de Partielocated inOrem, UT.TheChef de Partiewillbe responsible forpreparing and cookingmealsandmaintaininga cleanand safework area. We areseekingamotivated and creativeindividual who has experience in the food service industry and is committed to impeccable food presentation,garnishing,andcan work under and take direction from the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.

What You Will Do:

• Help in thetimelypreparation and production of all menu items

• Producehigh-qualityplates both design and taste wise

• Work to master assigned position in the kitcheni.e.grill,Garde manger, sauces, pastries etc.

• Ensure that orders are filledin a timely manneraccording to our goals and standards

• Exercise stewardship overassigned station of the kitchen to ensure itremainsclean, stocked, organized and efficient

• Complywithsanitation regulations and safety standards

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

• Understandvarious cooking methods, ingredients,equipmentand procedures

• Familiar with industrybest practices

• Ensure all services to members are conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner.

• Ensure a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all employees in areas of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GEDisrequired

• Current food handlers permitisrequired

Physical Demands:
