Customer Experience Coordinator - Marshall Pharmacy

Pharmacy Technician
Ensures exceptional patient care with the patient's prescription process.
Oversees and trains others on customer service and counter interactions.
Assists lobby counter pharmacist with assuring main three (3) registers are staffed.
Helps guide patients to their appropriate destination in the pharmacy.
Assists with OTC orders.
May need to assist with answering the phones.
May need to assist with the POS system.
Greet patients as they enter the pharmacy.
Work schedule will vary based on the needs of the business (normally 4-10h shifts).
May be required to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
May be asked to travel as needed.
Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, reaching and moving throughout the workday.
Subject to frequent interruptions.
Must attend and participate in continuing educational programs.
Works harmoniously with all members of the pharmacy staff, customers, and other outside personnel.
Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a certified/registered Pharmacy Technician (WV BoP).
Experience: Five (5) years experience as a certified/registered pharmacy technician
Five (5) years experience in a customer-facing service role
Five (5) years experience supervising/training others.
