Marketing Manager w/food & beverage

Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Manager with food and beverage experience for a direct hire opportunity in the fast‑moving consumer goods and food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on brand marketing leader who can build culturally relevant campaigns, guide product launches, and expand consumer engagement across diverse markets. This opportunity offers a highly attractive 10‑month remote onboarding period before transitioning on‑site to the City of Industry, CA area. The role provides the ability to make a meaningful impact on brand growth, market positioning, and consumer reach while working with collaborative cross‑functional teams across marketing, sales, product, supply chain, and agency partners. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, proven FMCG marketing experience, and the ability to combine creative storytelling with data‑driven decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, go‑to‑market plans, and consumer engagement initiatives for diverse customer segments. Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer partnerships, localized print, trade marketing, and retail channels. Manage new product introduction and product lifecycle initiatives in partnership with sales, R&D, supply chain, and other internal teams. Analyze consumer insights, competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and positioning to identify growth opportunities. Localize brand messaging and marketing assets with cultural nuance; professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is a plus. Oversee external creative, PR, and media buying partners while managing budgets and measuring ROI. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire, full‑time opportunity. Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience. Remote for the first 10 months, then on‑site in City of Industry, CA thereafter.
