About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Sales Operations Associate / Sales Executive Assistant to support our Sales leadership team. This role will act as a key operational partner, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, retailers, and leadership initiatives. This is a fast‑paced, high‑visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in execution, communication, and organization. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Sales leadership, including attending meetings and capturing action items, follow‑ups, and priorities Manage and maintain B2B systems, including SKU setup and product loading updates Coordinate and manage calendars, key deadlines, and deliverables across internal teams and external retail partners Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams Ensure all presentations and reporting materials are up to date, accurate, and delivered on time Follow up with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for presentations, briefs, and key deliverables Track project timelines, including rough drafts, revisions, and final deliverables Support retailer‑related timelines, including product launches, updates, and key account deliverables Proactively identify gaps and ensure tasks are moving forward without delay Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, operations, project manager or executive assistant role Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable managing data, tracking, and organizing information) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and follow‑up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working cross‑functionally and acting as a liaison between teams Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in CPG, retail, or sales operations Familiarity with B2B systems or product/SKU management Experience supporting senior leadership What We’re Looking For Someone who is extremely organized and execution‑focused A strong communicator who can keep teams aligned and accountable A self‑starter who can anticipate needs and move things forward without being asked Comfortable being in the middle of multiple workstreams and keeping everything on track Why Join Us High‑impact role with direct exposure to Sales leadership Opportunity to grow within a fast‑paced, scaling organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Get Raw Nutrition
