Job Description: We are looking for a detail‑oriented candidate for our Analyst role. Graduates with a BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Business will find this position exciting. Prior knowledge or experience in Continuous Process Improvement, Lean, and Theory of Constraints (TOC) is beneficial, though not required. The natural progression of this position leads into a consulting role; your work as an analyst will prepare you to become a Consultant with our firm. Responsibilities: Manage software responsible for inventory planning Analyze business and operations Support client needs Coach the organization through implementation Identify constraints Craft solutions to achieve the next jump in performance Secure buy‑in from key stakeholders Travel as needed (expected 80%, may vary by project) Note: This position does not require relocation; candidates can be based anywhere in the continental US. You will work both on client site and remotely when not traveling. We select projects only when we believe our clients will achieve significant results.
