Joint Replacement Sales Representative - Sacramento, CA

Sales representative position focused on promoting and selling orthopedic joint replacement products to healthcare facilities in the Sacramento territory. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations in operating rooms, and driving revenue growth while providing technical support to surgical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts through relationship building and service excellence
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations in operating rooms and clinical settings
• Provide product training and technical expertise to surgeons, nursing staff, and OR personnel
• Maintain sample inventory compliance and represent company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years clinical healthcare/sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently
• Medical device sales experience (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience (preferred)

Compensation: 100% commission plus bonuses and benefits
