Participate in deposition preparation and trial support. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff to ensure case progression and successful resolution. Manage multiple cases efficiently, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities. Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in litigation. Admission to the State Bar of California required. Experience in drafting legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Preferred experience with eDiscovery and depositions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills: Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines. Proficiency in eDiscovery tools is a plus.
