You'll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Must be bi-lingual work proficient in Korean and EnglishWhat You'll Do:Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!What We're Looking For:High School Diploma or GED requiredBilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!Pay, Benefits and More:Competitive compensation packageRapid Paid!
