ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answering incoming calls, determine purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Distributes main voicemail messages to appropriate personnel.
- Prepares all outgoing FedEx packages
- Takes and Delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Logs in all packages (Fedex, UPS, USPS, Courier).
- Receives, identifies, sorts, and routes debtor mail and office correspondences.
- Performs other administrative duties as needed.
- Excellent verbal and telephone skills
- Good Organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Internet, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word software.
- Must be able to type 35-45 words per minute
