Opportunity Overview
Adventist Health White Memorial, a 353-bed Level III Trauma Center in Los Angeles, is seeking three Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians to join a well-structured clinic + call model supporting a high-volume, mission-driven women's health program.
This is not a laborist-only role. Physicians maintain continuity through outpatient clinic, L&D coverage, OR time, and resident teaching within an established 9-provider rotation.
Practice Model
Schedule: 4 clinic days per week (7:30a–5:30p)

Call Type: In-house L&D call (up to 24 hrs) with post-call day off

3–4 GYN surgeries per day

Dedicated full OR day monthly plus add-ons
Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient OB/GYN clinic (4 days/week)

In-house L&D call coverage

ED consults (OB/GYN related)

OR coverage as needed

Tubal ligations
-
Low-volume circumcisions

VBAC encouraged

Robotics available

Full supervision of:
20-resident OB/GYN program

Family Medicine residents rotating through service

Dedicated L&D RNs

Neonatologist coverage

Transitioning EMR to Epic (currently Prime Clinical + Cerner)
Midwives are not part of the staffing model — physician-led deliveries.
Requirements
Board Certified OB/GYN

Active California Medical License
-
DEA
-
Clean malpractice history (no closed/settled cases accepted)

Commitment to academic supervision and resident teaching
