McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is a senior living community in St. Louis, MO that provides assisted living and memory care services for residents living with dementia, offering person-centered care with a focus on quality care outcomes, safety, and consistency. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our clinical leadership team. This position provides direct oversight of our Memory Care ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents living with dementia. As ADON, you'll support overall nursing operations while taking a lead role in managing care, mentoring staff, and maintaining compliance within Memory Care. Key responsibilities include overseeing clinical care and staff performance within the Memory Care program, supervising, training, and supporting nursing team members, coordinating and monitoring care plans in alignment with regulatory standards, fostering collaboration between departments and communicating with families, and promoting safety, consistency, and quality care outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
