Senior Systems Engineer - Federal

Salary: $108,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• We have a positive outlook, strong optimism, and a forward-looking mindset.
• We are comfortable operating in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
• We understand classic unstructured data applications as well as modern analytics and web frameworks.
• We can prepare and deliver technical product and architecture presentations to customers and trainees.
• We have knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• We communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• We support customers with evaluations, benchmarks, system configuration, and installation activities.
• We collaborate closely with our R&D Engineering team to define product needs and usability, including creating product specification documents.
• We contribute to sales strategy and tactics while owning technical responsibilities within customer accounts.
• We demonstrate technical leadership and deep expertise in storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive offerings across DAS, NAS, and SAN.
• We create architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions that our Sales team can present to customers.
• We help develop a distributed team of systems and field engineers.
• We assist with recruiting, hiring, and developing our Sales and Sales Engineering teams.
• We advise on building and managing a Support organization.
