Valid Driver's License Able to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required. Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required Distinct aptitudes to perform job duties with care, commitment, passion, and pride; Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work 40+ swing shift schedule as needed that may include working at different mine locations; Ability to utilize different task training and to work on weekends as required Team member mentality with ability to follow all safety regulations that includes wearing required Personal Protective Equipment; Lift and carry capability up to 50 lbs; Bend and twist carry capability of 40+ lbs; Equipment/material carry capability including up/down stairs; Multiple-limb coordination, near/far vision, manual dexterity, climbing capability, long-distance walking capability.
