Laboratory Manager

Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-organized research activities. Develop, implement, and continuously improve laboratory procedures, SOPs, workflows, and operational processes. Manage laboratory supplies, reagents, consumables, and equipment, including purchasing, inventory control, maintenance, and service agreements. Monitor laboratory expenditures and support budget planning and cost-control initiatives. Ensure laboratory facilities, equipment, and workspaces are maintained in accordance with company, safety, and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain systems for laboratory organization, documentation, sample tracking, and materials management. Identify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency, automation, utilization, and overall operational performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline; Master’s degree preferred. 3–5+ years of experience in a research laboratory, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, academic, clinical research, or related scientific environment. 2+ years of experience managing laboratory operations, technical personnel, research programs, or laboratory projects preferred. Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory SOPs and operational workflows.
