Payments Product Manager

Owning the Payment Experience domain, the full-time remote Payments Product Manager will manage the product vision and strategy, drive merchant adoption of payment services, and optimize payment workflows to enhance processing revenue and retention. Key responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for the Payment Experience domain Drive the growth of surcharge enrollment and manage tender-type adoption, including partnerships with BNPL and alternative payment methods Conduct product discovery and validate outcomes post-ship to ensure alignment with business goals and merchant needs Required qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams, leading sprint planning and backlog management Direct experience in payments, including understanding of authorization, capture, and settlement processes Proven track record of navigating regulated payments constraints as design inputs Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
