Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
One to three years of food-service experience
Knowledge of basic food-handling and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties:

Set up food stations with utensils, supplies, and signage
Serve appropriate portions based on standards and dietary requirements
Assist with basic food preparation
Greet guests and answer menu questions
Address customer concerns or refer them to a supervisor
Operate a cash register or POS system when assigned
Clean workstations, equipment, and dining areas
Dispose of food waste and recyclable materials properly
Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
