Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and motivated Employment Specialist to join a busy office in Marion, IN. The goal of this role is to help maintain smooth office operations and schedules while providing excellent customer service.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Assist with job orders as needed
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants
- Provide strong customer service to clients and candidates
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Consistent work history
