Division Manager

We’re partnering with a growing industrial, civil, and power industry construction firm to hire a Division Manager to lead and scale operations in the Savannah/Costal market. This is a leadership role responsible for driving profitability, project execution, and team performance across a portfolio of work. What You’ll Do Lead all division operations including project management, estimating, financial performance, and business development Own P&L, forecasting, and cost control for the division Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest safety and quality standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners Drive new business and repeat work through performance and relationships Hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams of PMs, superintendents, and staff Establish and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans for growth What You Bring 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in management Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project operations Strong financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, budgeting) Track record of business development and client relationship management Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance Why This Role Opportunity to lead and grow a division , not just manage projects High visibility and ownership over strategy, team, and results Strong culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
