Immigration Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles, CA office. The successful candidate will focus on employment-related immigration matters, providing expert advice and representation to employers in various immigration processes. Duties Advise, counsel, and train employees on immigration laws and regulations. Represent employers before administrative agencies in employment-based immigration matters. File Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications. Requirements 3-6 years' experience in employment-based immigration. Experience with non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3, and TN filings. Experience with immigrant visa filings, including PERM, EB-1, and AOS. Experience with high volume practice preferred. Licensed to practice law in the state of CA. Education JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Strong employment-related immigration work experience.
