A Day in the Life Provide comprehensive audiologic care from diagnostics through treatment Perform advanced testing including ABR, VNG/ENG, tympanometry, BP testing, and cochlear implant evaluations and mapping Fit and program hearing aids with personalized patient counseling and follow-up Build rapport and long-term patient relationships through thoughtful, ethical care Collaborate closely with three audiologists, an otolaryngologist, and a physician assistant Maintain accurate documentation with strong administrative support Qualifications Master’s or Doctor of Audiology Active (or eligible for) California audiology and hearing aid dispensing licenses New graduates and experienced audiologists encouraged to apply Competitive base salary plus bonus program Early release Fridays Generous paid time off and paid holidays Group health plan (medical/vision) 401(k) with profit sharing About Us Known as the “American Riviera,” Santa Barbara is nestled between the ocean and mountains, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and a vibrant community.
