Site Engagement Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Site Engagement Lead for the West region to drive patient recruitment and retention across clinical trial sites. The role combines site management, healthcare provider education, and public engagement to support sponsor-dedicated trial operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and retention
- Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on study protocols and disease areas
- Engage with public at health fairs and patient advocacy events to share approved information
- Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants
- Analyze site performance data to tailor recruitment strategies and improve enrollment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- 2–3 years of clinical trial experience
- 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred
- 1 year as Clinical Trial Educator, Site Engagement Lead, or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to diverse environments
- Independent decision-making and solution-oriented mindset
Compensation: $100,472–$125,590 base
