Physical Therapist

Sensory Bridge Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing pediatric therapy team. We serve children primarily from birth through age 16, with a strong emphasis on early intervention, developmental care, and family-centered treatment. Our practice supports children with motor delays, developmental differences, coordination challenges, sensory-motor needs, and functional mobility concerns. Treatment may include pediatric physical therapy, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), sensory integration-informed care, reflex integration, caregiver education, and individualized home programming. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable clinician who is excited to grow with the practice. Pediatric experience is preferred, but motivated clinicians with a strong interest in pediatrics and early intervention are encouraged to apply. Sensory Bridge invests in its therapists through continuing education and support for advanced pediatric training and certifications, including DMI, Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI), and TASES. Caseload Therapists typically see 5 to 7 patients per day, depending on scheduling, patient needs, and documentation requirements. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients, primarily ages 0 to 16 Provide early intervention-focused care for infants and young children Create individualized treatment plans and functional goals Educate families on carryover strategies and home programs Collaborate with caregivers and team members Complete timely documentation Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist or license-eligible in California Pediatric experience preferred Interest in early intervention and pediatric development Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Desire to grow professionally with a pediatric therapy practice Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Sick days Continuing education credits and support Support for advanced pediatric therapy training and certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
