Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and log tasks using ManagerPlus
• Assist with new equipment installations, setups, and changeovers
• Fabricate or rebuild mechanical parts when needed
• Support product trials and continuous improvement efforts while following GMP and OSHA standards

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am (M-F)
• Overtime available as needed

Hourly: $28-40/hour depending on experience

• +$3.00/hr 3rd shift differential

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or high-speed manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with conveyors, motors, and automated packaging lines
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and variable shifts as needed
