Data Collection Specialist

Job Title: Data Collection Specialist Location: Houston, TX (Travel required 95% of the time to CBP offices in Corpus Christi, Freeport, Port Arthur, TX, and Lake Charles, LA) Responsibilities: Travel approximately four times per week to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) offices in designated port cities. Visit each location three times per month (every other week) in Corpus Christi, Freeport, Port Arthur, and Lake Charles. Retrieve export vessel manifests (Bills of Lading) and process documents by scanning them into internal databases such as PIERS and Panjiva. Ensure strict adherence to CBP facility rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
