If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger.### **A Day in the Life of a Sterile Processing Technician**In the role of a Sterile Processing Technician, you will ensure the safety and readiness of medical instruments and equipment through meticulous decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization processes. Your daily responsibilities include performing routine inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring effective stock rotation. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with surgical services and other hospital departments to maintain a seamless supply chain of sterilized instruments. You'll utilize specialized tracking software to manage instrumentation needs and anticipate requirements for surgical cases. Expect to face challenges such as adhering to strict infection prevention protocols and adjusting to varying daily workloads while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.### **About the Sterile Processing Department**### *Precision Cleaning, Surgical Precision*In Sterile Processing at CRMC, we may not be in the spotlight, but surgical excellence starts with us.
