Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY. In this outpatient role, you’ll evaluate and manage adult urology patients, perform focused procedures within your scope, order and interpret labs and imaging, and provide pre- and post-operative care in collaboration with urologists. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and coordinate care across our extensive network.
