Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Caregiver/CNA to join our team. You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities Communicate care updates and observations to appropriate parties Collaborate with clients and families to support optimal care Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable living environment Qualifications: Previous experience in personal care or related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Step 5: Pay Range Enter the approved pay range for the caregiver role: Companion Care: $14–$15 per hour Personal Care: $15–$17 per hour Confirm rates align with the current company pay structure Step 6: Skills & Requirements Select or enter required skills as applicable: Personal care assistance Companion care Reliable transportation Experience working with seniors or adults requiring assistance Eligibility for background check and drug screening
