We value your creativity and skill in analyzing and solving meaningful problems that impact our operations.What You Will Do:Process Optimization & Loss Elimination: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. You'll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.Operational Excellence & Digital Solutions: Drive proper execution of Health, Safety, Environment (HS&E), and Quality standards.
