Financial Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals Recommends banking and investments strategies Triages client requests and makes referrals Mitigates and controls risk Identifies and engages potential new clients Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners Requirements Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses Has at least one year experience in the investments industry Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment Sets and accomplishes goals Builds and nurtures strong relationships Collaborates effectively with others Communicates effectively and confidently Manages goals and navigates complexity Likes to learn and adapts to new information Hard Skills financial planning investment strategies risk management client engagement goal setting sales experience Soft Skills coaching feedback relationship building collaboration communication adaptability Certifications & Qualifications Series 7 license Series 66 license Series 63 license Series 65 license #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
