We are seeking a Full-Time Electronics Repair & Refurbishment Technician to join our team in Gravette, AR. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and test a wide range of hardware and software solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix issues with a variety of computer-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems.Warranty & Maintenance: Follow customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements.Inventory & Testing: Keep accurate inventory and repair records using inventory software and databases to meet both company and customer expectations.Safety & ESD Compliance: Strictly follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.Communication & Logistics: Communicate clearly with your Supervisor about equipment needs.
