Patient Acquisition Agency Closer High ticket agency sales, patient acquisition for surgeons On-target earnings $13,200 - $18,000/mo Location Remote (US time zones, PST preferred) About the Opportunity Our client has built a founder led agency with a proven track record helping US surgeons (weight loss, facelift, dental implant and similar practices doing $500k to $1M+ in annual revenue) solve the two biggest problems in their business: an unpredictable pipeline and patients who shop on price. The agency's productized system builds these surgeons a predictable patient acquisition funnel through unique positioning, deep market research and a full stack system covering landing pages, booking and pre call education, driven by Meta ads. The founder currently closes every call herself at roughly a 40 percent close rate and is now at capacity, taking 6 to 8 qualified calls a week that are booked solidly. That capacity ceiling is the only thing standing between the business and doubling or tripling ad spend, launching new channels and reaching its next stage of growth. This role exists to remove that ceiling. Role Overview As the agency's first dedicated closer, you will take over the founder's call load, running consultations with surgeons who are already booked in, while also being ready to generate your own conversations if your calendar ever runs light. This is a high trust, high visibility seat inside a growing agency, not a call center role. Take 6 to 8 qualified inbound calls per week to start, scaling as ad spend increases Run consultative, high ticket sales conversations for a $6,000 to $10,000 system build plus a $5,000 per month management retainer Maintain or improve on the founder's close rate through a genuinely consultative, non pushy sales process Hunt for and generate your own conversations through outbound and organic methods whenever your calendar has room Keep your projections, tracking sheets and CRM accurately updated Attend daily team huddles and submit an end of day report Be reachable across US business hours; a 7 to 8am PST start is a good guideline given the founder is based in Bali What We're Looking For This is a senior, high trust seat, and we are being deliberately selective. You should be able to say yes to all of the following: Mandatory high ticket B2B sales experience, closing deals in the thousands to tens of thousands of dollars, not e commerce or transactional sales A genuine understanding of lead generation and paid media marketing, so you can speak credibly to how the system works, not just what it costs Prior agency sales experience is a strong plus; a proven blend of high ticket sales skill and marketing fluency is also acceptable Our Culture Unreasonably ethical: Above almost everything else, we care about hiring people who measure success by the value they create for the client, not the sale itself. There is no shortage of leads for this role, so we are looking for someone who can tell us, honestly, about a time they chose not to close a deal because they didn't think it would be a good fit, or because they knew it would create problems for the fulfilment team down the line. If you sell at all costs, this is not the right seat for you. Money is the byproduct of creating real value for people, not the goal in itself. Real ownership, real stakes: You will work directly alongside the founder, not buried in a large team. This business recently pivoted away from large, unprofitable clients toward this more focused, more scalable offer, and is aiming to grow several times over in the next couple of years. The person in this seat has real influence over how fast that happens. High standards, no drama: We expect discipline and consistency day to day, not a chaotic or reactive approach to the job, and someone who takes care of themselves and shows up every day in good shape to perform. We also expect genuine coachability. Call reviews, script refinements and feedback are part of how we improve, and ego does not belong in that process. We want a team player who helps build the machine, not just work their own calendar, and who goes looking for their own conversations if the calendar ever runs light rather than waiting to be handed leads. Presence with substance: Our clients are successful, high status surgeons, and you need the polish and confidence to command their respect from the first minute of a call. That is about substance and credibility, not a flashy or hard sell style. Someone who genuinely understands the offer and the market will naturally come across as someone worth listening to. Compensation Base / Draw $3,000 per month non-refundable draw for your first 3 months while you ramp, paid against future commission - not stacked on top of it. If commission earned in a month exceeds the draw, you're paid the difference; if it comes in under, you keep the full draw with nothing owed back. Commission 20% commission on cash collected within the first 30 days, across the $6,000 to $10,000 system build fee and the $5,000/month retainer. On Track Earnings 6 closes/month - minimum 20% close rate - the minimum expected 6 ÷ 20% = 30 live calls/month needed to hit that minimum $6,000 to $10,000 build fee + $5,000 retainer = $11,000 to $15,000 average cash collected per deal 6 x 20% x $11,000 to $15,000 = approximately $13,200 to $18,000/month Total: $13,200 to $18,000/month+ Location & Hours Fully remote, based anywhere - working West Coast (PST) is preferred for overlap with the founder's schedule in Bali Full time, with the flexibility to build your own schedule around enough availability to hit call volume targets Available on Slack and for calls across US time zones during the working day Ramp Up Plan Weeks 1 to 2: product training and shadowing the founder on live calls Next phase: 3 to 5 calls run with the founder present for support A fit decision is made after your first 10 qualified calls #J-18808-Ljbffr Guided Growth
