Fr unseren Geschftsbereich Interventional Oncology suchen wir zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt fr die Region Mitte-, West- und Sddeutschland.

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

  • Verantwortung fr die Betreuung, Entwicklung und den Ausbau strategischer Accounts in West- und Sddeutschland
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Account- und Business-Development-Strategien zur Erreichung regionaler Wachstumsziele
  • Identifikation und Erschlieung neuer Geschftsmglichkeiten sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten klinischen und administrativen Entscheidungstrgern innerhalb von Gesundheitseinrichtungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Healthcare Professionals aus der interventionellen Radiologie, Onkologie und Nuklearmedizin zur Untersttzung klinischer und kommerzieller Ziele
  • Begleitung klinischer Anwendungen und Eingriffe zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung und Therapieimplementierung
  • Planung und Durchfhrung von Produktprsentationen, Schulungen, Workshops und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Manahmen zur Geschftsentwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsauendienst, Marketing und Clinical Specialists zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenorientierter Lsungen
  • Untersttzung bei Forecasting-, Reporting- und Gebietsplanungsaktivitten
  • Reprsentation des Unternehmens bei Kongressen, Fachveranstaltungen und Kundenveranstaltungen

IHR KOMPETENZPROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Medizintechnik, Naturwissenschaften, Gesundheitswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjhrige Erfahrung im Vertriebsauendienst, Account Management oder Business Development innerhalb der Medizintechnik- oder Healthcare-Branche; idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interventionellen Radiologen, Onkologen und Nuklearmedizinern
  • Erfahrung im Bereich komplexer Therapieeinfhrungen, klinischer Netzwerkentwicklung oder Marktentwicklung wnschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Entwicklung strategischer Kundenbeziehungen im Krankenhausumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Stakeholder-Struktur und interdisziplinren Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Fhigkeit, kommerzielle und klinische Anforderungen miteinander zu verbinden und kundenorientierte Lsungen zu entwickeln
  • Ausgeprgte Kommunikations-, Prsentations- und Verhandlungsfhigkeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenber rztinnen und rzten, Klinikmanagement, Einkauf sowie weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb West- und Sddeutschlands
  • Wohnsitz innerhalb des Betreuungsgebiets
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fhrerschein Klasse B
  • Gltiger Nachweis ber Masernimpfschutz oder -immunitt
