Responsibilities Give a warm welcome to every Guest Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Use the POS system efficiently and effectively Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly Demonstrate great salesmanship Recognizing First‑Time and Return Guests Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate Cash handling Help fellow Team Members when appropriate Ideal Candidate Able to demonstrate genuine hospitality to every customer, whether in person or over the phone Thinks and acts quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Able to work in a standing position for extended periods Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary Proven restaurant serving experience Hands‑on experience in cashier duties Attention to cleanliness and safety Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy High school diploma is a plus but not required Experience preferred Why work for us?
