Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Connecticut SLP license (CT SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based settings, ideally with elementary and/or middle school students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy to students from elementary through middle school
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff to develop and implement student goals
• Educate parents and staff on strategies to facilitate continued development of speech and language skills
