Full-time 3rd Shift Manual Machinist IPay: $25.00 - $38.00/hour, plus a 15% shift differential for 3rd shiftSchedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with overtime available and an on-call weekend rotation every 5 weeksWhy Our Manual Machinist Role Matters:Industrial operations depend on reliable equipment and reliable equipment depends on skilled technicians. You'll read blueprints, determine critical dimensions, and then properly set up and operate engine lathes, vertical lathes, and both vertical and horizontal mills accordingly. Using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and dial indicators, you'll maintain tight tolerances and determine the proper speeds and feeds needed to achieve exceptional surface finishes. You'll also assist with welding operations, and contribute to repair, rebuilding, assembly, and disassembly projects involving industrial equipment.Who We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience setting up and operating manual lathes and millsAbility to interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsExperience using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, Vernier calipers, and dial indicatorsCandidates with welding experience using GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW processes, and a technical or vocational machining degree will be highly valued.Our Story:We are proud to stand as a national leader in electromechanical repairs and services, dedicated to delivering outstanding quality and value since 1981!
