A highly stable and established manufacturing company serving critical industrial markets, is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and facility operations. This is a key leadership role for a reliability-focused professional who can drive equipment performance, lead capital projects, and develop long-term maintenance strategies that support operational excellence.

Job Description

The Maintenance & Engineering Manager will oversee all maintenance and engineering functions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• ⚙️ Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage capital projects, including equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Leadership teams to achieve plant objectives.
• Utilize CMMS and maintenance data to support decision-making and asset management.
• Develop long-term reliability strategies while balancing daily operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of maintenance and engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in a high-volume or continuous production environment.
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance systems.
• Proven success leading capital projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CMMS and project management tools.
• Strong project management, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$95,000 - $110,000 base salary plus annual bonus
