Warehouse Associate

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year

Location: Carson, CA

Onsite position

A Japanese-affiliated aerospace trading company in Carson, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, and inventory-related operations.

This is a hands-on, entry-level position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming products and verify quantities against packing slips
Inspect received items and report any discrepancies to Customer Service or Sales
Prepare products for shipment based on picking tickets
Pack products using appropriate packaging materials
Coordinate and deliver cargo to freight forwarders
Operate a forklift for palletized shipments
Drive a company vehicle as needed
Use warehouse tools such as scales and calipers
Support product inspection and general warehouse operations
Scan, file, and maintain shipping and receiving documents
Follow company procedures and AS9120 Quality Management System requirements
Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level candidates welcome; 1-3 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, or logistics experience is preferred
Ability to read packing slips and shipping/receiving documents
Forklift operation experience preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
Strong attention to detail, especially when counting and verifying products
Basic computer and office equipment skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
