We are looking for energetic individuals to join our team. Must be passionate about coffee and customer service! We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency in providing a top notch product with a smile.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

Deliver AMAZING customer service
Work as a team in a speed-focused environment
Utilize memorization of recipes to provide consistently great food and beverages
Perform store opening and closing duties as assigned - complete checklists on shift
Excellence in multitasking and communication
Positive and outgoing disposition
Clean, sanitize and maintain store lobby and work environment
Ensure proper food handling procedures
Stock, replenish and organize food, utensils and beverage products
Resolve guest complaints in a positive way to ensure an amazing experience for all customers
Stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet
