Compensation & Benefits: $400,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus Uncapped Productivity Bonus Comprehensive Health Insurance Contribution Dental & Vision Coverage Available 100% Employer-Paid Malpractice Coverage CME Allowance Relocation Assistance Available Paid Time Off Established Referral Network High Procedure Volume Leadership and Growth Opportunities Advanced Practice Provider Support Job Responsibilities: Evaluate new and established patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Develop comprehensive treatment plans Perform advanced interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance Manage pharmacologic treatment plans when appropriate Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare providers Perform spinal and peripheral injections Perform trials and management of spinal cord stimulation Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives Mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Candidate Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine Active Maryland medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Active DEA registration We welcome motivated Physicians into our growing and diverse team of professionals.
