Job Overview Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensure optimal efficiency by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with safety and quality standards being a top priority. They possess a technical mindset and demonstrate strong mechanical capabilities, rotating job assignments throughout various areas of the bakery and maintaining on‑going training. Role requires the ability to climb fixed and portable ladders to twenty feet, to stoop and bend while lifting up to fifty pounds, and to climb onto and crawl under machinery as required. Position Responsibilities Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, general shop practices, maintenance tasks, and general knowledge of support equipment Perform proper component lubrication and conduct preventive maintenance on specific equipment Identify mechanical wear and troubleshoot, replace mechanical drive and conveyor components Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.) Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job‑related equipment Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a technician Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field High school diploma or equivalent, Technical/Trade School certification or diploma a plus We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package.
