SR Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical technology initiatives that drive our distribution and retail operations. This role will oversee large-scale IT projects—business transformation initiatives centered on enterprise data, master data management, pricing enablement, analytics, reporting, and modernization of SaaS and enterprise business applications. We are seeking a strategic business-focused project leader rather than a technical delivery manager or infrastructure-focused PM. The ideal candidate has hands‑on project leadership experience, deep familiarity with retail and distribution environments, and proven success driving Agile project delivery. This is a role for someone who can manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast‑paced business. COMP : $ 130K–$150 K – Depending on the candidate’s experience, etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business transformation initiatives centered on enterprise data, master data management, pricing enablement, analytics, reporting, and modernization of SaaS and enterprise business applications. Apply Agile & hybrid methodologies to deliver business value quickly while maintaining governance & control. Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and change control across multiple concurrent initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business leaders in distribution, retail, and corporate functions to capture requirements and define project success criteria. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, risks & outcomes. Translate complex technical information into clear business impacts for decision-makers. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous delivery and improvement. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third‑party resources for project execution. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities. EXPERIENCE 7+ years of IT project management experience, including large‑scale enterprise projects. Strong background in distribution and retail technology environments. Hands‑on experience delivering projects with Agile and hybrid methodologies. Proven track record managing cross‑functional teams, vendors, and multi‑million‑dollar budgets. Experience leading complex initiatives, including ERP implementations/enhancements and broader development efforts in a matrixed environment Experience working with offshore development teams is required Collaborating and fostering positive team environments Communicating effectively with leadership SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Business acumen in supply chain, retail, and technology transformation. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
