Electrical Project Manager, Rail+Transit

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join TYLin's PMCM Sector. This position requires extensive knowledge of rail transit systems and experience executing transit projects. Responsibilities Assume managerial ownership of large-scale multidisciplinary construction projects. Manage and monitor budgets and schedules. Serve as main point of contact for project owner on all project matters. Lead all coordination efforts between owner, project management team and the contractor (or design-builder). Assist the owner on community outreach efforts and third‑party stakeholders coordination/interfacing. Identify potential project prospects and assist or lead in preparation of technical proposals to support marketing efforts. Responsible for assigned project delivery and quality of deliverables. Prepare proposals and participate in client interviews. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field. P.E. license required and at least 10+ years of experience in Project Management. OSHA 30‑Hour Safety Course certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months upon hire. Experience managing projects for MTA C&D Signal Business Unit (formerly NYCT Signal Department). Familiarity with Project Management Procedures (PMPs) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG's). The base compensation range for this position is $143,900 - $215,900 annually for this position and local market.
