Bellin Health System located in beautiful Green Bay Wisconsin is recruiting to add an additional BE/BC Fellowship trained Infectious Disease physician to join our team. Our recruitment efforts are the result of growth and the need to meet our patient demand. You will be joining a well-established and highly respected care team consisting of a Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician and two Advanced Practice Providers. The office practice is conveniently located on the Bellin Hospital Campus.


Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), Days, Call required

Practice Details:
• Practice opportunity full time 40 hours per week
• Combination of Inpatient & Outpatient Practice
• Adult Patient Population
• Average # of Ambulatory Patients/Day (8)
• Average # of Hospital Patients/Day (20)
• Participation in regional outreach
• WI & MI License required
• EMR ~ EPIC
• Call 1:3 ~ every 3rd week and weekend
• Compensation

• Relocation Allowance up to $12,000
• CME: $5,000 per fiscal year plus 80 hours of paid time off
• CTO: 264 hours of paid time off per fiscal year
