Inside Sales Coordinator

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely, professional support and coordinating solutions with internal teams. Prepare and manage customer quotations, pricing proposals, and sales documentation with a high degree of accuracy. Develop competitive freight pricing by collaborating with operations, carriers, and the global network to identify the best transportation solutions. Coordinate with operations teams to verify routing options, transit times, service availability, and shipment requirements. Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities, maintaining regular communication with prospective customers to support business development efforts. Partner with Business Development Managers to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while supporting the sales pipeline. Collaborate with Rhenus offices and international partners to develop customized logistics solutions that meet customer requirements. Maintain accurate customer records, pricing data, sales activities, and pipeline information within internal systems. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to support business planning and management reviews. Maintain internal pricing databases, customer contact directories, and sales support documentation. Coordinate customer onboarding activities, including credit documentation, account setup, and welcome communications. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to support long-term account growth.
