Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Ability to adapt to multiple locations and collaborate with diverse educational teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services across three school sites
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored for a caseload of 37 students, ages preschool through 5th grade
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings to ensure appropriate support and progress
• Track and document student progress to ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
